Compensation and Benefits Manager - Manpower Middle East

Our client, a large retail group based in Abu Dhabi is currently seeking a highly experienced Compensation and Benefits Manager. Your main responsibility will be developing, implementing and administering the organization’s rewards and benefits policies for the employees.



Your other job responsibilities:



• Monitoring the organization’s salary structure and benefits provision to ensure there is a balance between control of costs, attracting and retaining staff;

• Researching, analyzing salary rates and benefits offered by other employers in the same sector;

• Identifying and determining the causes of personnel problems and developing recommendations for improvement;

• Developing and implementing new benefit packages, ensuring that these are current and competitive, in line with legal requirements;

• Identifying local and regional market trends, monitor competitiveness of programmes, model cost implications and recommend innovative and effective compensation and benefits programs and solutions.

• Responsibility for the maintenance of the company’s job grade structure and an appropriate job evaluation system.

• Developing and maintaining personnel record systems in accordance with current legislation.
