My client, a regional investment bank is looking for an Associate or VP in the corporate finance team. Based in Saudi Arabia, the ideal candidate will be a Saudi national with a strong background of executing M&A transactions in Saudi and wider GCC. This expanding team has a very healthy pipeline across multiple sectors.
Responsibilities:
• Support senior bankers to originate new deals.
• Execution and origination of M&A, ECM & DCM transactions.
• Provide exceptional product knowledge and service delivery to Saudi clients.
• Build strong business relationships with senior decision makers across local, regional, and international corporates.
