Customer Services

To ensure and deliver high level of service to all to all walk in customers and provide the best solutions that match client’s requirements and expectations. Job Responsibilities:



1. Customers



• Understand the Automotive market (car brands, types and models).

• Greet customers.

• Understand customer’s needs and expectation.

• Provide and propose the best solution that meets customers’ needs. Entering Data in the computer.



• Follow-up on job progress and update customers accordingly.

• Effectively manage and solve customers’ complains.

• Feed and update customers’ information in the system.

• Update Customer Database

• Scheduling of programs



2. Internal relationships



• Build and maintain effective working relationships with operational colleagues and workshop staff.

• Network and communicate at all levels with both internal and external customers where necessary.

• Promote and work to the Company’s culture through the Vision and Values.

• Implement and carryout work according to the company policy.

• Be professional and approachable at all times, providing an excellent service to all customers.

• Manage time in the work place.

• Deliver on individual and company goals and objectives.

corrective Health and Safety actions are taken as required.

• Ensure the appropriate and professional usage of all company assets.
