Skill Requirements



•Basis knowledge of Networks, Servers (Windows / Linux / Unix / Solaris / Aix)

•Knowledge on Oracle / SQL / MS Office

•Ready to work in Night Shifts (24X7 x 365 model)

•Stop / Start / Restart of Windows / UNIX / Linux system process in association with an incident.

•Good analytical & troubleshooting skills.

•Exposure to any monitoring tool like CI / Sites cope / Prognosis-ATM / IT-360 / Insight-CDM

•Hands-on experience on Symantec Backup Exec / Networker etc.

•Scripting / Batch execution & ControlM job monitoring

•Reports, Inventory, Monitoring, Validation and Escalations.

•Good communication skills.
