E-Commerce Marketing Manager

We are a successful luxury retailer based in Dubai, one of the fastest growing consumer markets in the world. Our business is focused on vintage watches, watch accessories and watch services. In our next stage of growth, we are launching an ecommerce platform for watch accessories and related items. The management team is young & dynamic with international experience across Germany & the Middle East.



We are looking for an entrepeneural Project Manager & E-Commerce Marketing Manager to launch and coordinate the daily operations of the ecommerce platform. This opportunity gives you unique exposure into the exciting e-commerce market in the Middle East.



Key responsibilities

• Launch of the ecommerce platform by working with

management team, web developer, designer, PR agency

and accounting team

• Project management for all phases of assigned

marketing initiatives including planning, executing,

analyzing, measuring and optimizing online marketing

performance

• Create marketing strategies and plans for email, SEM,

Social Media and Press

• Prepare, analyze &present regular analytics of

e-commerce performance to deliver traffic and sales

growth

• Provide recommendations to optimize activities by

understanding the relationship between web marketing

channels.

• Partner with Creative Services to develop compelling

promotional communications

• Develop and manage the calendar and production of all

website banners, promotions & email messages

• Prepare and present monthly analytical review of

e-commerce performance and key learning

• Overall maintenance/update of the website

• Inventory control; maintaining stocks,

• Logistics; Coordination and distribution of orders

• Marketing; Promoting website/deals through various

channels

• After sales; Post-sales queries/issues, support

• Daily sales reports to the Managing Partner

• Weekly reporting based on sales and website/email

analytics

• Meet revenue targets
