Provide functional assistance and direction to the kitchen operation. Interact with external customers including, but not limited to, clients, suppliers, government officials, potential hires etc. Coordinate Banquet events, functions, Outside Catering and operational activities with other Food & Beverage department heads Supervise and administer the function of all kitchen employees, costs, operational facilities and contributes to maximize the overall Food & Beverage departmental goals
