General Manager - Facility Management - Al Alee Group WLL

Handle overall operations of Facility Management Division.

Will be responsible for Business Development, General Operations Management.

Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting

Evaluation of strategic business goals and objectives of the division.

Meeting company's goals within the established customer service and budgetary standards.

Plan, directs and coordinates activites of designated project to ensure that goals and objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters by performing the following duties personally or through managers / supervisors.

Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.

Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of project, and arrange for recruitment or assignment of personnel with the Group HR office.

Develop and implement customer service standards

Responsible to develop, coordinate and evaluate the implementation of monitoring and inspection programs to ensure an appropriate level of customer service are met.

Conduct regular staff meetings to review on-going operations, trouble-shoot areas needing corrective action, issues related to employees, etc
