• Set the Kurdish Customer Management Unit performance objectives, in coordination with the Planning and Development Department, Strategy Management and Corporate Performance Departments, and continuously monitor progress and development towards organizational and Unit strategic objectives and communicate periodic performance reports to provide evaluation results and recommend improvements
• Develop and implement Kurdish Customer Management Unit policies and procedures in order to ensure the fulfillment of organizational requirements whilst delivering high-quality services
• Carry out the day-to-day operations of the Kurdish Customer Management Unit, provide expertise, encourage teamwork and align work processes to achieve high performance standards, meet established targets and engage employees in a motivated work environment
• Develop a thorough understanding of the Kurdish market and consumers behaviors
• Coordinate with the Market Research Unit to understand Kurdish segment needs, follow competitive landscapes and competitors’ moves
• Translate customer insights and opportunities into actionable plans and tactical segment-specific promotional campaigns
• Develop key programs, value propositions and offers for Kurdish customers in coordination with Marketing Planning, Product Development and IT
• Be responsible for end-to-end implementation of approved programs and manage lifecycle in coordination with Sales, Customer Care and Loyalty and Retention entities
• Develop and deliver Product Presentations, Technical Marketing Presentations
• Collaborate with Marketing Communication Unit to define execution plans for routes to market, awareness, demand generation, sales enablement and production of marketing material
• Ensure availability of accurate Kurdish customers database at all times
• Analyze programs performance and root cause analysis results, recommend and monitor implementation of corrective actions
• Coordinate activities planning and execution with HAC / Corporate / Consumers Segment Management Units to ensure continuity and consistency
• Contribute and ensure the effective achievement of functional objectives through the supervision of the Kurdish Customer Management Unit, set individual objectives, manage performance, develop and motivate staff, provide formal and informal feedback and appraisal, and provide guidance on training programs for employees in order to maximize subordinate and Unit performance
