HR Business Partner - The Islamic Corporation for the Development of the Private Sector (ICD)

This role is responsible for leading the HR Function across a number of verticals in the organization providing them with guidance regarding HR practices, people management, and change leadership. In addition, the role should play an expert role in designing different HR offerings in the areas of Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Organization Design, Staff engagement, Learning and Development, and Staff Relations .



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :



Consult and guide business leaders with regards HR policies, procedures, and practices



Provide HR Policy guidance and interpretations to staff in different business verticals



Provide day to day support to business verticals with regards recruitment, performance management, learning and development, and staff relations



Act as a coach for business leaders and staff enabling them to develop and grow



Collect and analyze date, trends, and matrices related to different verticals in the ICD to develop insights, guidance, and solutions



Lead the recruitment cycle, end to end, for respective business verticals assuring having the right calibers in place



Lead the Performance Management cycle, end to end, for respective business verticals which will include mid-year performance review, end-year performance review, facilitate the cascading of Key performance Indicators for business verticals.



Lead the formulation and executive master training plan, which will include the creation and analysis of Individual development plans, and formulating proposal to management based on budget availability and business needs



Participate in organization change and design activities aiming to optimize organizational and staff performance



Provide HR Consultancy Services to the ICD investee companies and/or clients when requested



Participate in designing and updating current HR practices and offerings in different functions of HR.



Educational Qualification:

• MBA with a specialization in HR preferable, or

• Graduate Degree with relevant experience in HR

Work Experience:

8-12 years’ experience in HR,
