HR Executive - Jotun MEIA Graduate Program - Muscat - JOTUN

The Jotun MEIA graduate program is one important tool in meeting this challenge, as it offers the graduates a rich and fulfilling experience along with extensive training. Jotun MEIA region is looking for young talent for a one year graduate program that will be integrated into a full time permanent position. We will give this opportunity to highly qualified candidates that we believe can make a difference to the future development of Jotun.

The Jotun MEIA graduate program will take the graduates through a challenging and exciting journey in the organization. Selected candidates will also be given specific tasks and assignments for a maximum period of 3 months outside their home location within the MEIA region. Jotun Paints Oman is the leading manufacturer of decorative and protective paints and the market leader in Oman. The company is ISO certified and has been awarded with "His Majesty Cup" for the best factory in Oman 3 times. We are currently looking for an Omani national for the position of HR Executive within the Jotun MEIA graduate program reporting into the Human Resources Manager.



Responsibility

■Assist in the recruitment process and ensure that Jotun’s quality recruitment process is followed and provide a proper induction program to newly joined employees.

■Assist in implementation of company’s HR Polices / local labour laws as required.

■Ensure that all job descriptions are kept up to date as per Jotun’s standard practices and assist the line managers in creating new job descriptions as and when necessary.

■Coordinate and liaise with governmental departments such as ministry of labor/immigration in employee related matters.

■Assist in administering the Human Resources Management System (HRMS) and make sure that the data quality is maintained at all times.
