Objective: Grow and develop in a dynamic environment as a Sales Supervisor. Manage sales team, Increase sales and customer base to achieve company’s sales objectives and stay ahead of competition



Main Responsibilities:



Develop and maintain a customer database.



Establish contacts with prospective and new customers.



Hire, Train and Monitor Sales executives to achieve their targets.



Prepare & follow up on sales action plans and schedules in line with company\'s overall objectives.



Closely monitor and report on sales activities and performance against sales targets.



Monitor competitors, market conditions and sales development.



Coordinate with accounts and work with customers to ensure timely payments against invoices
