Prepare Site logistic plans in coordination with the CM/ PM

2. Coordinate with subcontractors for site deliveries, handling and storage.

3. Coordinate with Subcontractors and safety department for onsite stores and offices for their compliance with safety standards.

4. Manage site facilities such as rest areas, typical floors utilities, toilets, fire fighting, Hoists, etc…

5. Manage site gates and security and control access.

6. Manage waste collection and removal

7. Enforce housekeeping and safe access with all parties on site.

8. Assist the CM/PM in preparing a site logistic plan
