About the Job:
We are currently looking to recruit a Management Accountant - Payables to work in a team of 3 and being responsible for the payment of FAMCO-Saudi creditors.
The role will interact with the areas of the business and the different departments to gain the awareness and understanding of the range of suppliers for FAMCO Saudi.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Assisting in the reconciliation of all creditor accounts and ensuring swift and on time payment.
* Being solely responsible for all payments made to Al-Futtaim International & FAMCO-UAE.
* Doing detailed reconciliation and reporting on all Principle payments which need to made.
* Assisting in the preparation of cheques and documentation for FAMCO-Saudi creditors.
* Completing month end duties to ensure all reporting can be completed on time.
* Learning key roles and responsibilities of other team members.
* Ad-hoc reports and duties as and when required.
