Manager - Strategy Management Division - Islamic Development Bank (IDB)

Role Purpose::



Formulate, assess and monitor the realization of the IDB Group (IDBG) medium term business strategies and plans, towards realizing its longer term vision and strategies;



Enhance the governance, modernization and transformation of IDBG to realize the business strategies and vision as a world class development bank



Key Accountabilities and Activities::



* Ensure the alignment of operational and business strategies to IDB Group's longer term vision and strategies

* Contribute towards reporting of the Vision-based Result Framework & Organizational Reform

* Contribute towards refinement of IDBG long term vision and strategies undertaken by the Strategy Development Division.

* Produce IDBG Medium Term Strategies : Thematic and Business

* Facilitate formulation of business plan modeling and development

* Monitor and assess the implementation of the business strategies

* To incubate new line of business

* Facilitate group business synergy

* Develop IDBG SM toolkit for global reference

* Shape and facilitate the IDBG reform, modernization and transformation activities to become a world class development Bank

* Design and enhance IDBG organizational structure for effective delivery of the business strategies

* To enhance IDBG governance benchmarked against global best practices and contributing towards best practices of IDBG for global reference

* Design and facilitate the implementation of Change Management programs

* Ensure high levels of engagement and ownership among IDBG partners for medium term strategies and organizational modernization

* Publish and promote IDBG best practices on medium term strategies and organizational modernization

* Publish annual reports on business and organizational development assessment and enhancement

* Contribute to the production of the Stategy-driven annual budget and mid-term budget of BPMD

* Prepare ad-hoc and periodic reports as requested by the management.
