Objective :
Creating and managing the Marketing Strategic Plans and all related operational functions.
SPECIFIC TASKS:
1. Drawing and developing as well as implementing the overall strategic marketing plan for the company.
2. Managing the operational marketing plan for all marketing units.
3. Preparing and finalizing the overall marketing budget.
4. Leading and overlooking the whole marketing function aspects .
5. Recommending of recruiting effective and talented marketing personnel.
6. Managing, training, and coaching marketing managers & staff.
7. Providing proper, constructive feedback and reports to the top management.
8. Work closely with marketing managers to define products and services, promotions, advertising campaigns, events, sponsorships, charity projects, etc.
9. Reviewing business cases, proposals.
10. Representing the company in meetings, conferences, seminars, related to marketing.
11. Work closely with other departments to ensure the implementation of the marketing plans, projects and operations.
11. Effectively communicate with senior management, peers, and subordinates also with vendors and other operators.
12. Develop and track mechanisms and control measures to ensure the effectiveness of the marketing operations.
