Job description for Marketing Manager for steel fabrication Company making structural steel, Pressure vessels, storage tanks & pipe spools

To develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. Effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities of the organization. To continuously strive to bring new customers for the company’s existing products. To establish good relationship with Company’s existing products and ensure continuity of orders from them. To develop markets for new products that the Company may venture into in future.



Main Objectives



1. To develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.

2. Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities.

3. Conduct market research from time to time to determine market requirements for existing and future products.

4. Do analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information.

5. Develop and implement marketing plans for new and existing products.

6. Manage the productivity of the marketing plans.

7. Continuously visit new and potential customers both locally and abroad with the aim of obtaining jobs from them for Company’s existing products.

8. Continuously visit existing customers both locally and abroad with the aim of ensuring continuity of orders from them.

9. To develop markets for new products that the company may venture into from time to time in future.

10. Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results on a weekly and monthly basis.

11. Liaison with media and advertising
