PA - Manpower Middle East

A globally recognised fragrance company is now looking to hire for a dynamic and experienced Personal Assistant

to the General Manager. You will be reporting directly to the General Manager.



KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES:



• Arrange meetings as appropriate; prepare agenda and collect materials for meetings, speeches and conferences; taking dictation and minutes of meeting;

• Organize and maintain GM’s diary and make appointments;

• Devise and maintain office systems, including data management and filing;

• Maintaining & updating contact database;

• Preparing itinerary, schedules and documents for business trips;

• Arranging travel and accommodation and, occasionally, travelling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations;

• Carrying out background research and presenting findings;

• Will be expected to manage some personal affairs also;



COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:



Internal: Entire organization in Dubai as well as overseas offices

External: Clients, Suppliers, Consultants, Government Representatives and Banks
