- Manage the directors’ schedules (meetings and appointments)
- Communicate and handle incoming/outgoing electronic communications on behalf of the directors
- Assist the directors with the preparation of presentation materials
- Answer phones and direct all incoming calls to appropriate party promptly and efficiently
- Draft letters on behalf of the directors
- Maintain necessary documentation system for efficient and orderly storage and retrieval of documents/information. Maintain and update all necessary records, files and database.
- Arrange travel schedule and reservations for management as needed
