Planning Professional ( MEP ) is fully responsible to successfully develop plan of MEP services based on master plan, Sequence the operations /services / installations have on the site. Submit plan to client/ consultant and obtain approval. Determine milestones and closely monitor program towards set mile stones to plan man/material/machine/method and report to Project Manager. To monitor program on weekly basis and determine the critical part activities for work area and work discipline, prepare recovery plan for the deviations, if any, identify reported activities which have critical or potential impact on progress and prepare extension of time
( EOT ) if necessary and discuss with client/ consultant and agree on new completion date based on EOT, study time implementation on variation jobs and submit for approval.
