Product Sales Manager (m/f) - Eaton

JOB PURPOSE



- Plans, manages and supports Division & Regional sales efforts to increase core product line sales revenue and new industry based applications at target accounts, distributors and engineering companies. Key focus on FC (Fluid Conveyance) products and solutions for industries





ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS



- Manages product level sales growth programs supporting the EMEA sales teams with regard to: FC sales into various end user segments.



- Recommends to Product Marketing and Engineering industry specific modifications, technical specifications and special testing capabilities to meet globally recognized standards. Examples are API, CE, ABS, DNV, UL, CSA.



- Develops, analyzes and implements sales recovery plans for assigned product lines, including evaluation of regional competitors and counter offensive sales tactics.



- Gathers, Develops and Manages sales launch information of new product(s) launch for ASM's, Distributors and direct OEMs for the ME Region.



- Recommends creation of dedicated sales tools, industry specific literature and promotional brochures to improve product sales growth.



- Develops and presents in-field sales (ASM's, Distributors, and OEM's) training programs dedicated to specific product lines and/or industries.



- Key product level presentations to support major customer programs.



- Analyzes and reports product level sales growth performance including coordination of product level sales forecasts.



- Maintains competitor technical, customer and price information required to drive sales growth.



- Develop an analysis of each Distributors competitive situation in the market region. From that, formulate a plan along with the local ASM and distributor as how to gain more market share.



- Act as the liaison between the distributor and our Systems staff, primarily on high profile projects.
