• Work with Leadership & Project teams to develop detailed program plans. This includes:
• Schedule planning - Define program tasks and build detailed schedule
• Resource planning - Build plan for incremental FTE and contractors.
• Bring cross functional project team together, organize the activities for smoother execution
• Constantly monitor progress against plan (schedule, resources) using appropriate tools
• Evaluate Program status from schedule and quality perspectives, mitigates risks, resolves and /or escalates issue in a timely manner. Shared responsibility with teams in problem solving.
• Effectively communicate program progress, risks/problems and solutions to stakeholders.
• Takes ownership & manages program changes to achieve program outputs
• Effectively applies program management methodology, improves project execution standards
• Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
