Regional Director of Sales, Bahrain - Gulf Connexions

Our client, specializing in providing software solutions to the Oil and Gas Sector is looking for a Regional Director of Sales in Bahrain. The ideal candidate has to provide analysis on competitive trends as well as distribute winning strategies across opportunities to the sales team and maintain a rolling assessment of the competitive environment in the region.



Responsibilities:

• Actively support and grow the license business to meet bookings and growth targets.

• Reinforce the use of usage log reports, usage benchmarking and whitespace in account planning.

• Train the sales team on the creation and use of deal models and price calculators, including when these documents are updated.

• Provide feedback on usage, whitespace and benchmarking reports to corporate sales ops and product management/R&D as and when requested.

• Review and support account teams on awareness programmes, ensure alignment with goal of increasing usage, measure effectiveness and impact on specific accounts.
