This role is responsible for creating, maintaining and monitoring the governance of the PMO portfolio for compliance with using the PMO methodology, tools to monitor project health..
• Assist in establishing and maintaining project management methodologies, tools, procedures and processes
• Audit and review current and future projects to ensure consistent use of methodologies, tools, procedures and processes
• Work with teams to ensure compliance with establishing methodologies, tools, procedures and processes
• Develop KPI's and metrics framework for Project reports and dashboard to report on health of projects
• Review data, compile metrics, and prepare reports for senior management review
