A large Real Estate Group is currently looking for an experienced Shopping Centre Manager to be based in Abu Dhabi
You will be responsible of providing users of the shopping centre with retail property management services on site that meet their expectations, through coordinating resources and overseeing site management.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Manage on-site staff.
Responsibility for, and management of, the centre’s operational and budgets.
Operate within project / departmental budgets
To develop a close working relationship with all tenants, encouraging them to conduct their business efficiently and effectively, in compliance with the requirements of their leases and any supplemental regulations.
To develop close links with the appropriate local authorities and to actively join in and contribute to local community activities and initiatives.
To assist and cooperate with management team regarding asset management and marketing initiatives.
Where required, to assist leasing team with on-site inspections and the provision of operational data.
To issue written orders regarding health & safety, operations, management, security and cleanliness of the centre and implement the appropriate procedures to create and maintain an effective environment for staff, retailers and customers.
To instruct, motivate and develop on-site staff and any third parties working closely with on-site staff into a cohesive, unified and efficient team.
To ensure always that the centre and on-site practices of staff and third party suppliers and contractors meet all relevant statutory, legal and insurance requirements.
To manage credit control, cash handling and banking processes, paying particular attention to the security of cash and cheques.
To produce and execute an annual marketing plan to promote and market the centre, within the allocated budget.
