Store Keeper - Zakka Multitec

Job Summary:



Receive and deliver machines and products. Monitor and maintain inventory in warehouse.





Daily Tasks:



* Reception of goods and stock entry on software

* Monitor & maintain minimum stock level for all goods

* Replenishment of min stock of spare parts in service cars

* Reception of goods to be returned and follow up with Sales Dept

* Inspect quality & quantity of goods received and issue non-conformity, if any

* Perform periodical check up on goods in stock: physical count

* Keep record and control of all issued and received items

* Prepare goods for delivery to customers

* Prepare and deliver spare parts for technicians

* Prepare and deliver samples for Sales Team

* Monitor goods with shelf-life and update Sales Dept on monthly basis with countdown until expiry

* Prepare and file complaints on unsatisfactory stock activities

* Operate forklift
