Training Manager

Manage the learning and development function of the company, set the department’s strategy through a proper detection of strategic, functional and individual training needs.



Create, plan, direct and evaluate programs to meet career development needs, develop employee skills, attitude and knowledge, and impart organization practices, policies and values.



Manage relationship with internal and external trainers and consultants by deciding on outsourcing options based on feasibility, negotiating training contracts and controlling training expenditures.



Evaluate internal and external trainer performance and effectiveness of training programs, by developing testing and evaluation procedures and measuring the Return on Investment.



Ensure that training services and programs delivered to the company and company tenants reflect the organizational philosophy, culture and brand identity.



Supervise and monitor the development, efficiency and effectiveness of various evaluation methods and formats, in order to continuously improve the company’s standards.
