- Identify and assess the training needs within a company.

- Develop programs that groom lower-level employees for executive positions.
- Evaluate training effectiveness.
- Modify training programs.
- Design apprenticeship programs.
- Create interactive, multimedia presentations.
- Hold workshops and lectures.
