Used Car Sales Manager

Establish and ensure smooth function of sales team, execute sales transactions, conduct market research, prepare sales forecast and promote sales.



Responsibilities include but are not limited to :



1. Maintain up to date information related to used cars and new car market prices and trend.

2. Handle customer complaints.

3. Suggest promotional sales activities and ensure goals accomplishment.

4. Monitor stock on daily basis.

5. Follow up salesman performance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

6. Ensure effective and proper handling of customers by salesman.

7. Make necessary arrangements to receive vehicles from workshop in good condition.

8. Follow up vehicles under repair.

9. Assist in purchasing and pricing of trade in vehicles.

10. Coach, counsel, assists and trains subordinates.

11. Suggest reconditioning of vehicles to the national Manager.

12. Maintain profession ethics, and comply with company policies and procedures.

13. Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the position.
