Designation: HR Director

Reporting to : CEO



Responsibilities:

Heading the HR function for the Company globally.

Heading HR Operations

Planning and strategies HR policies

Performance management

Evaluating and implementing compensation and Benefits policies.

Recruitment & Employee relationship

Re-engineering and restructuring

Interaction and presenting to the board.

Role not limited to above mentioned responsibilities.
