General Manager - East Oasis

A growing real estate development company in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia is seeking to hire a GENERAL MANAGER.



Duties and Responsibilities:

• Participation with the owners at setting up and implementing the company business strategy.

• Marketing the company business.

• Recruiting Engineers and Foreman.

• Managing the overall business on a daily base, including delegating the responsibilities.

• Variance analysis with the owners.

• Managing the cost estimates for the bids.

• Selecting with the engineers the appropriate construction methods for the job and budget.

• Explaining contracts and technical information to engineers.

• Evaluating and choosing sub-contractors.

• Managing the yearly staff appraisals.

• Developing work-arounds for delays and other problems.

• Making sure the project meets all building and safety codes.
