Our client a multinational sanitary fitting manufacturer company is currently seeking a Marketing Manager
Objective:
The Marketing Manager will create and will maintain a link between headquarters in Germany and the markets of the territory. You will use your understanding of the regional requirements and specifics to adapt the marketing strategy accordingly and will drive the brand to make it a household name.
Job description:
The Marketing Manager will implement the marketing strategy by integrating procedures and local requirements. You will build the brand in the region, with strategic tools per country. You will train and educate partners and clients on the brand. You should know all tactics and tools within the marketing mix and uses the most reasonable in promoting our brand in the region.
Tasks:
• Study the demands, needs and specifics of all relevant target groups in the region to tackle them with appropriate marketing techniques
• Implement effective product and communication launches that tackle all target groups
• Create campaigns with a strong focus on pull activities to support the selling process of the distributor
• Localise collateral material (Print)
• Ensure brand awareness throughout all target groups.
• Maximise brand visibility through integrated Marketing campaigns
• Track Marketing campaigns in accordance with Marketing budget
• Observe the market and inform the Management about competitors’ activities
• PR work together with local agency
• Organisation of fairs, events, roadshows and promotions
• POS consultation
Responsibilities:
• The Marketing Manager is responsible for the timely preparation of national marketing plans, derived from the corporate marketing objectives and communication targets
• The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, tracking and keeping the annual marketing budgets
Key Performance indicators (KPI):
• product launches (time to market)
• timely and adequate availability of marketing material
• increase of sales/market share for identif ied products / product categories
• regular, tailor-made communication to target groups
• timely marketing planning
• no. of press articles
• reaching targets derived from Business plan
Territory:
• Middle East/ Levant/ North Africa
Organisational Structure:
• The Marketing Manager will be operating from Company’s Branch office in Dubai
• The Marketing Manager will report directly to the Sales Director for the region Middle East
