The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for developing Photovoltaic (PV) power system technical concepts, price estimates and written proposals for the leads and opportunities presented by the Sales Managers. Specifically, the day to day tasks include: developing system design and cost estimates for PV grid-tied and off-grid systems, ability to purchase components, and writing the descriptive technical document that adequately describes the scope of the proposed system. This position will also require working directly with vendor partners, generating request-for-quote specifications for custom equipment, performing system performance output modeling, and creating and delivering technical presentations to clients. Some travel is required.
