Sales Executives ( Retail sales) - Human Capital Group Qatar

Key tasks and responsibilities:



Plan, implement and monitor marketing campaigns that generate the leads and sales

needed to exceed the business plan

• Plan implement and deliver customer communications

• Utilize a range of communication channels as part of the campaign delivery, in

particular Direction Marketing and Digital

• Closely manage marketing campaign costs and internal resource to ensure budgets are

used as effectively as possible

• Liaise with Key Stakeholders to ensure the business is fully briefed and engaged in

order to make sure campaign objectives are met

• Play a key role in projects and initiative that require Campaign Team support to ensure

a delivery of agreed outcomes

• Ensure all communications and campaigns are compliant with industry regulations and

are aligned to TCF guidelines

• Manage external agencies and third parties to ensure successful delivery of campaigns

• Ensure all communications are clear, fair and not misleading and relevant regulations

are followed . data protection, Treating Customers Fairly principles

• Keeping Group employees informed about planned marketing activities and the

progress of them

• Work with areas of the business impacted by marketing projects/campaigns

• Manage external agencies to ensure successful delivery of campaigns

• Ensure all communications are compliant with industry regulations

• Manage marketing campaign budgets & internal resources for specific activities

• Ensure delivery of business plan objectives for agreed activities

• Awareness of data protection guidelines and internal data management procedures
