Western/ Arabic Business Developer - UK Rec Company in JLT - Must have previous strong BD/ Sales exp

We are a global leading Executive level Recruitment company who specialise in placing management level professionals in roles across the Middle East.

We are an expanding company who have been established for 6+ years with very strong clients. We are looking to hire an experienced Business Developer to expand this client base across the MENA region.



We are based in JLT, Dubai and have a team of 15 people currently. We are looking for positive and passionate people to join our BD team.

We aim for our team to be young, fun, focused, upbeat, determined and hard working.





Salary: To be discussed, but as a guide 4,000 - 8,000 AED per month

Bonus Scheme: Yes

Contract Period: February start date. 2 year ongoing contract

Working Hours: 9:30am - 6pm

Sunday - Thursday

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:



• Working closely with the Business Development Manager to increase the Company's presence within the Middle East region

• Maintain the company's position as a professional, reputable and leading executive recruitment company

• To identify, contact and develop relationships with potential new clients

• Development of strategic relationships

• Deliver excellent customer satisfaction

• Negotiate with clients to secure new business

• Take a role in ensuring we regain preferred supplier status

• To achieve personal targets & objectives for new business & activity

• Networking with new contacts to develop and build on relationships

• Demonstrating strong client relationship development activity

• Lead generation, referencing, chasing missed deals and gathering market information

• Working closely with the Business Development Manager on projects
