Associate- GCC Region - Altran

As an Associate (A) you will consult with clients to identify, clarify, and solve issues critical to their strategic and operating success by:



● Assisting in the development of the analytical framework and work steps for each engagement

● Directing rigorous and independent quantitative analysis

● Assessing the analytical depth required for each assignment

● Translating the analysis into high business impact conclusions and recommendations

● Producing clear, persuasive and concisely written materials

● Delivering presentations both internally and externally

● Meeting with clients to assure engagement progress

● Assuring the delivery of quality work by leading teams of business analysts and interns

● Providing implementation assistance as required





As an A you'll lead a key portion of an engagement, applying a broad range of problem-solving skills, combining technical and analytical excellence to provide a tangible - high impact solution to the client.



Among other aspects, you'll be required to:



● Define, initiate and ensure completion of analytical tasks to meet agreed-upon objectives

● Draw significant conclusions from analysis and identify implications for the client situation

● Customize standard tools with minimal guidance

● Apply leading-edge analysis techniques

● Formulate recommendations based on assigned analytical tasks

● Create proposal and presentation outlines for assigned casework consistent with corporate standards

● Coach other staff on the creation of deliverables
