Communications Manager

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:



• Strategy - Preparing and implementing marketing strategies for the various activities and events in order to deliver key messages of the association.



• Content Management- able to write key messages for press releases, Speeches and cooperate material



• Media Outreach - Preparing effectively story ideas, engage, and talk with news reporters and editors through meetings, email, telephone calls and social media.



• Social Media - able to use various social media platforms and to develop a plan and strategy for incorporating social media into overall PR strategy.



• Event Planning - able to organize and plan media events and press conferences.





Others:

• Manage and Handle new or upgrades or renewals campaigns.

• Liaising with other departments to manage integrated campaign execution.

• Working with staff to develop more efficient ways to market the programs.

• Work with events staff to produce and review internal/external communications pieces including

Brochures, flyers, website updates, e-news ... ect

• Acts as the editor of all publications.

• Preparing promotional materials

• Complete administrative work as required
