Contracts Manager - SSH

Job Purpose



The Contract Manager will be working on large projects. Reporting to the CEO. The Contracts Manager will be responsible for preparing, reviewing and administering contracts during the various stages of the construction process.



• Prepares and issue of Job Site Instructions (JSIs).

• Reviews of Budget and Cost Control Report as per Owner's requirement.

• Writes contractual correspondence and assess and report on contractual disputes.

• Coordinate the review and inspection of contractual specifications for compliance.

• Manager all documentation required to fully execute a contract.

• Establish and maintain a weekly contract status pipeline report.

• Communicate contract policy and practice to internal business teams.

• Prepare, organize and maintain contract records and files documenting contract performance and compliance.

• Escalate to senior management language issues outside of guidelines.

• Work with internal or external business teams on issues and developments relative to assigned contracts.

• Obtain and investigate requests for contract changes and participate in negotiations of such changes with the client.

• Protect Clients against claims, look at potential savings for the client, variations/change Orders, receive contractors claims.

• Conduct and prepare feasibility analysis, cost report, advices, estimates, cash flow, cost forecast, variations, cost control, reconciliation of bills as works progress and final accounts.
