Responsibilities:



• Oversee all Human Resource Strategy, Planning & Budgeting

• Retention & Succession Planning, Training and Development

• Assessment of organisation structure, in order to plan and implement recruitment strategy and Emiratization regulations as required

• Create a synergy between all HR functions and external bodies

• Comp & Ben planning and performance management
