Coordinate mid and long term strategic decisions with Executive Management and Business Development in line with the business objectives

Research and monitor market size by product segment across GCC and other key markets

Collate, interpret and record competitor information- competitive benchmarking (by regularly updating competition data)

Job site visits to take customer inputs

Analyse Customer Survey Index (CSI) results for marketing interventions and propose corrective actions, if required

Monitor industry statistics and follow trends in trade literature



Government Lobbying for Insulation Standards

Convince Governmental authorities to adopt better insulation standards

Present to stakeholders in various Ministries for energy savings



Brand

To build, manage and promote the brand and brand identity

To organize communication plan in line with strategic priorities

To develop promotional material, product brochures, pamphlets, packaging, etc



Website/ Social Media

Content development and responsibility for managing content on the web site



Exhibitions and Conferences

Responsible for all events, seminars, customer activities

Execute planned marketing events through local sales team and technical support team



External Communications/Advertising/ Tie up/ Sponsorship

Publish articles in trade journals as a Thought Leader

Identify marketing opportunities through all possible channels to maximise presence in the market



Commercial Assessment of New Products and Services

Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand
