Required a professional Translator / Documentalist - full time (English /Arabic).
Tasks and duties:
- Translation, Documentation, Administrative support etc.
- Candidate must be approved by all the ministries in Kuwait
- Reading through original material and rewriting it in the target language, ensuring that the meaning of the source text is retained
- Knowledge in Technical Terms and expressions
- Using specialist dictionaries, thesauruses and reference books to using appropriate software find the closest equivalents for terminology and words used
- To maintain corporate branding within presentation and delivery
- Researching legal, technical and commercial phraseology to find the correct translation
- Liaising with management, training team and the client to discuss any unclear points
- Proofreading and editing final translated versions
- Providing clients with a grammatical, well-expressed final version of the translated text
- Using the internet and email as research tools throughout the translation process
- To meet required deadlines
