Project Manager

We are currently seeking an Experienced Project Manager for the construction, expansion, and modification to Oil and Gas / industrial projects such as warehousing complex, work shop plants, lab, power stations, water and waste water treatment Plant

The Project Manager will be responsible to provide a centralized approach to improve overall project efficiency by introducing and managing repeatable processes and manage resources and coordinate project demands.





Responsibilities:





1. Safety is our company’s Number 1 Priority - It is therefore the responsibility of the appointed site project Manager in conjunction and with the utilization of the site safety manager, to ensure all of our employees and personnel strictly adhere to our company’s Safety Policy.



2. Monitor the (PSP) Project Safety Plan and conduct audits periodically on its proper implementation.



3. Monitor the Project Quality Assurance / Quality Control Plan and conduct audits on its proper implementation in a timely manner.



4. Prepare the site project(s) mobilization and site set up plan.



5. Correct project(s) organization and full staffing plan requirements.



6. Ensure the construction budget has the optimum efficiency and cost control checks are properly maintained and monitored in compliance with the senior management Requirements.



7. Participate in approving all revised time schedule requests, impacts and constraints.



8. Conduct a detailed Project Risk Analysis and Management Plan.



9. Prepare a full Project Communication Plan in coordination with the client and you’re appointed senior Manager.



10. Create the team, develop the objectives / goals of each and assign individual responsibilities



11. Revise the project work plans and make revision and when need a rises



12. Contentious effective communication with all concern for completing various faces of the projects



13. Coordinate all efforts of all parties involved in the projects.



14. Monitor the progress of the construction activities on a regular base and hold regular status meetings with all sub-team.



15. Periodic inspection of construction sites.



16. Ensure project documents are complete.



17. Identify the elements of project design and construction likely to give rise to dispute and claims.



18. Serve as a key link with the clients and review the deliverable prepared by the team before passing on to client.



19. Follow up the long lead procurements items and assure the delivery time is online with the procurements log.
