Revenue Generation : To generate revenue through maximising sales, promote principals products with consultants, end users and EPC contractors with a view to meet and exceed set sales budgets. Job Holder will Manage products, pricing and margins according to agreed aims.
Business Development. Source new clients; maintain excellent business relationships with current pool of clients; develop strategic moves in expanding the current business profiles using traditional and creative methods; establish marketing/sales campaigns in order to identify new leads; cultivate and nurture prospects in order to drive business growth to meet and exceed budgeted targets.
Market Awareness: Maintain awareness of the progress of the industry within Kuwait and communicate with Commercial and Sales team locally for the purpose that the company continues to apply the most operational policies and procedures.
After Sales Support: Provide after sales support to customers wherever required with a view to exceed customer satisfaction and retain existing business.
Debt Control: Monitoring debt collections with the purpose of maintaining low average of debtors and credit periods within ISS guidelines and to check the increase of sale revenues and eventual increase of credit allowance to good customers and plan a strategic action relative to bad debts to minimized and alleviate risk of loss.
Reporting: Monitor and report on market and competitor activities, developments in the market. Create, maintain appropriate sales reports in agreed format which will facilitate measurement of sales performance
