Position : Team Leader/Forman - Hydraulic Equipment

Employment : Full Time/Permanent

Client: - Construction & material Handling Company.

Salary: - As per stds.



Work Profile - Team Leader/Forman.

- Diagnosis of hydraulic systems, hydraulic system pressure checking and adjustments

- Diagnosis of Transmission faults. Transmission pressure checking.

- Diagnosis of Engine (Electronics engine trouble shooting).

- Diagnosis of Electrical circuits. Trouble shooting electrical and electronic system with Factory Diagnosis tool.

- Assist the technicians technically.

- Allocate job cards and manages technicians to maximize the throughput by aligning jobs to skill sets within team.

- Ensure the workshop observes all warranty process conditions, and supervises the correct tagging and storage of warranty parts.

- Supervise subordinates to produce quality work.
