Ticketing / Reservation Officer - Global Holidays

• Handling ticketing & reservations for customers.

• Carry out all follow up procedures pertaining to customer travel, . reconfirmation of airline tickets, tour confirmation, booking / reservation etc..

• Reservation systems and issue and re-issue re validation.

• Maximize sales and revenues by booking and ticketing return journeys, selling holiday packages and other travel related products and services.

• Knowledge in Airline Fare rules, BSP reconciliations, Ticket Cancellations & refunds.

• At least 2 years experience with any Airlines or IATA approved reputed travel agency in Kuwait.

• Visa application and hotel booking.
