Job Purpose Statement:
This job exists to receive and process nominations to training programs and keep records for follow-up and coordination with training institutions, local and abroad, and settle financial obligations and claims.
Principal Accountabilities:
1. Receives and processes nomination forms.
2. Keeps records of nominations and reservations for courses.
3. Processes financial obligations and claims of tuition fees, per diems, allowances etc.
4. Coordinates with training institutions or banks departments and branches to train banks staff.
5. Prepares and classifies training programs from brochures / training plans.
6. Keep records and tabulates evaluation forms & data on conducted courses.
7. Contacts & follow-up departments, regions, branches on all matters relating to nominations and booking.
8. Maintain proper statistical database for report preparation.
9. The Job holder is obliged to abide by any instructions provided by his Manager with respect to the scope of work.
