Business Development Executive (Industrial Laundry)

Duties and responsibilities shall include, but not limited to, the following:



- To be part of delivering the sales strategy for the business as instructed by the Business Development Director;

- To provide quality account management to existing customers, ensuring that Service Level Agreements are met and the Company brand and image are both maintained and enhanced.

- To deliver sales revenue targets in line with company business objectives through actively managing sales pipelines;

- To maximize the profitability of new contracts;

- To personally develop high level relationships with senior decision makers within the customer base;

- To create Sales Development Plans for new business opportunities;

- To increase market share in existing markets and maximize new business development opportunities;

- To achieve Key Performance Indicators;

- To analyze market trends and competitor activity;

- To attend customer meetings where required to do so;

- To resolve customer queries and complaints quickly and efficiently
