7- approve budgets for each group Co. and control the account receivables.
8- overseeing the preparation of the financial statement quarterly journal of subsidiaries and the holding company and adopted the determine the extent of the evolution of the financial performance of aphid.
9- interpretation of the results of the analysis of periodic financial statements and annual and make recommendation specific professional CEO of the group.
10- ensuring a balance between liquidity and profitability in subsidiaries.
11- control lists the costs of productive, service activities and several commercial group of companies and to make sure the proper cost management professional.
12- review the pricing of different products PHP group with the marketing manager.
13- Inventory management review reports periodically and the results of the annual inventory.
