Corporate Structuring Officer / Paralegal

The Corporate Structuring Officer / Paralegal is expected to have competent knowledge of company set up, maintenance and renewal procedures in the UAE and in major foreign offshore jurisdictions (for example BVI, Seychelles, Panama and so on). His or her main responsibilities include:



1. Handling of client inquiries for structuring in Free Zones / Mainland (Non Free Zones) in the various jurisdictions in the UAE via phone, e-mail or personal meeting, with an emphasis on timing and quality.

2. Drafting and reviewing of responses, incorporation forms, procedure summaries towards the set up of offshore and onshore UAE free zones and UAE Mainland entities, including UAE visa processing and residence substantiation.

3. Undertaking ongoing corporate services and other related administrative services to clients such as preparation of contracts, agreements, letters of engagement, proxies, minutes of meetings, resolutions, power of attorney, renewal. liquidation etc.

4. Monitoring the renewal schedule of companies and liaises with the Client on the procedures and requirements

5. Monitoring and implementing internal compliance procedures and corporate health of companies

6. Processing the renewal of UAE residence visas of VIP Clients

7. Arranging the issuance of extracts, certificates and other corporate documents and subsequently arranging the requisite attestation, legalization or super legalization by the relevant authorities or consulates.

8. Assisting in bank account opening procedures.

9. Maintaining relationships with government and semi-government authorities and other external corporate services providers.

10. Monitoring and implementing good records keeping and file maintenance procedures.

11. Preparing monthly and quarterly reports for use by the management and / or to facilitate monitoring of recurrent tasks.
