Comprehension and Correction of Technical Solutions from Engineering Department

Understanding of the Project Material List, Project sub-contracting phases and phases interlinking

Preparing the Project Cost Table and Quotation Format (Including Tech Specs & Production Deadline)

Prepare Cost Table Analysis for Cost Killing Procedure to meet Manager Target Budget

Prepare the Project Worst Procurement Schedule for Operations Manager Approval

Prepare Every Project Payables Cash Flow for Operation Manager Approval prior presenting to Finance Department

Prepare All Project's Consolidated Cash Flow for Operation Manager Approval prior presenting to Finance Department

Audit Material List prepared by Engineers then get it Approved from Sales

Set Deadlines of Purchases for each Project per Medium in order to meet the Production Manager Project Scheduling

Meet Deadlines of Procurement as per Plant Manager Project Scheduling initially Approved by Operation Manager

Coordinate with Engineer's (Details - Technical Drawings / Consolidation / Material List / Prototype Approval's)

Coordination with Accounting Department ( Submit All PO), follow up Invoice/Credit Note/Projects Cost Flow

Cost Table Update offer Executing the Analysis between Before & After Production

Payables Schedule ( Engineers / Production ) → ( Finance )

Audit Purchasing Project ( Material / Sub Contracts : Wood, Acrylic, Printing, Plastic / Logistics )

Monitor Stock In / Out Control of all purchases Order + Minimum Stock to be submitted by Procurement Department.

Prepare and Submit to Operation Manager the Production / Engineering Weekly Report → Monitor Engineering Weekly Schedule → Monitor Production Planning → Co-Ordination between Engineering / Production Departments

Prepare All Suppliers Volume Rebate Strategy & Implementation
