Job Overview:
This position will be dedicated to working on one of the leading LNG manufactures in the world.
Main Responsibilities:
•Safety oriented.
•Based on customer site.
•Execute customer service contract.
•Chemical treatment programs implementation and follow up.
•Giving Day to day close operation adjustment recommendation.
•Services may include (but not limited to) field surveys, installation checklists, rollout support services, etc.
•System sampling and analyses of various water parameters.
•Prepare Performance Daily Report.
•Support to district sales personnel in the handling of Company program service calls on existing products and services, and assist in the correction problems as appropriate.
•Ability to assess on-site field problems and cross check with required testing to return systems to customer conformance.
•Qualify, coordinate and monitor with Nalco resources as required to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained.
•Work with other district personnel toward continuous improvement of policies and procedures resulting in increased customer satisfaction.
